The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk along the boardwalk to the port. The apartment has a large balcony which has sun pretty much all day into the evening (even in October) and sea views. There is comfortable seating on the balcony and plenty of space to eat, dry any laundry, play cards or board games or just enjoy the sun and the views. The pool area is visible from the balcony and the pool is large and deep and has plenty of sun loungers available. The grounds are very well maintained and the communal areas in the apartment building were very clean. The air con works well and the shower water pressure is okay. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly when contacted.

In rainy weather (we were there for the last 2 weeks of October and had a couple of rainy days), there is no space inside the apartment for 4 people to eat unless sitting on the floor around the coffee table. Also if you bring the cushions in from the balcony furniture to keep them dry they take up a lot of space in the apartment. There was a bad smell (of drains) in both bathrooms but particularly the master bedroom en suite, we think it was coming from the shower drain. The property manager sent someone around to check it out, after which it did improve but was still noticeable. The finish of the apartment fittings and furnishings is generally not so great- we had door handles falling off, the Nespresso machine had no drip tray, the sliding door between the master bedroom and its en suite does not give any privacy whatsoever due to its poor fit. But at the end of the day this apartment's strength lies in its location and brilliant balcony and in good weather you will hardly spend any time indoors so the little imperfections won't matter!

Хорошее расположение дома в тихом районе. Великолепный большой балкон. Очень удобный и доброжелательный сервис ckeck-in & check-out.

Апартаменты очень небольшие по размеру, несмотря на великолепные большие балконы, для 4 человек вряд ли подходят. Ремонт не свежий и не очень некачественный, в туалете спальни стоит стойкий неприятный запах.
