The location could not have been more perfect. Straight out of the back gate, you are directly behind the Ocean Club. You are straight onto the seafront promenade and within minutes, walk into central Puerto Banus and the Marina area.
The property is in an older complex, but the grounds are beautifully planted and well maintained. The complex was very peaceful.
The property was clean and well equipped. It had 2 large terraces, one on the roof, and another to the ground floor.
Banus rentals maintained good communication. The office was literally around the corner. The representative met us at the property and we very much appreciated the early check-in.
Nothing other than the blinds to both bedroom areas let in a lot of light which meant for me a very early wake up!

It was in a great location beach front, few steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The property itself is spacious and bright, it’s the only unit on the 6th floor therefore you have a total privacy. It has two balconies which are both amazing but the upper deck is better for you’ll get the 360 degrees views of the area.
