J’ai adoré l’appartement qui est très propre , tous les équipements sont bien présents Accueil exceptionnel de Francesca qui est venu à notre rencontre car on ne trouvait pas la rue . Une dame très gentille , très serviable qui n’hésite pas à nous donner de précieux conseils. Un petit panier de bienvenue vous y attend avec des gâteaux , des capsules à café . C’est très gentil d’ailleurs Allez y les yeux fermés !!! On s’est régalé avec ma fille Idéalement placé . On pose la voiture ( emplacement prévu ) et on fait tout à pied . L’appartement est au calme on y dort très bien la nuit J’y retournerai avec certitude le jour où je veux retourner à San remo qui est une ville d’ailleurs très agréable . Ancora Grazie Francesca

Consigliatissimo
Struttura molto confortevole, situata in un ottima posizione senza grande caso, ma a 3 minuti dal centro. La Sig. Francesca, una bravissima persona, ci ha dato anche un sacco di consigli per farci passare al meglio il nostro soggiorno.

Super verblijf!
Super ontvangen geweest en appartement zoals op de fotos. Het centrum ligt op wandelafstand, je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat bij terugkeer alles bergopwaarts is. De ruime parking is mooi meegenomen in het drukke sam Remo. Rustige straat met weinig tot geen verkeer. Indie je met kinderen reist bet vragen hoe het zetelbed moet opgezet worden want dat was ons niet helemaal duidelijk, vergeten te vragen. Top appartement niet supergroot mar je gaat er toch niet om op je kamer te zitten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Misschien een iets die we gemist hebben: een waterkoker 😁

Excellent séjour dans un appartement au calme sur les hauteurs de Sanremo.
L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur d'une petite résidence calme sur les hauteurs de Sanremo. Il est à 10 mn à pied du centre ville (casino municipal) et des plages. C'est un petit 2 pièces, super bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Francesca est une hôtesse agréable, avec pleins de petites attentions pour ses hôtes (petits gâteaux, dosettes de café, thé, petits chocolats, assortiments de produits dans la salle de bain... Les serviettes de bain et les draps étaient fournis. Nous avons payé 100€ en plus pour avoir une place de parking réservé et le WIFI. Nous recommandons ce logement mais uniquement pour un couple.
Le canapé du séjour est peu confortable.
