Apartment was in perfect condition. Very clean, very cozy, beautiful view from balcony, you wake up in the morning, make coffee, sit on balcony and hear birds around gardens, looking sea view in between beautiful Sanremo city buildings. Apartment has everything you need for long time stay. Coffee machine, kitchen, gas etc…. Douche is huge, comfortable to use and very clean. There are 2 air conditions, one in living/kitchen area and one in bedroom. Door has 2 locks, building has cameras outside on a street and on entrance, feels super save. Also whole neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. Very quiet neighbors so you can have very nice relaxing days and evenings. We came here by car, parked on our own parking in front of apartment, and never used car any more. We walked to local supermarket, shopping street, beach, Old city, to train station etc. By train we visited, Monaco (50min), Nice (around 1,5 hours), Cannes (around 2hr). All three times we took train at around 9:00am and we have been back in Sanremo at around 8pm at dinner time. And what most important about this apartment: Francesca is an amazing person, we got warm welcome from her, she explained us everything, and when ever we needed any information she always was there for us in Watsapp. Top person. Long story short, we had an amazing 10 nights holidays in Sanremo at Francesca‘s apartment. It was so beautiful, we wanted to extend our holidays there, but unfortunately apartment was all booked coming weeks and months.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and had a great experience. It was fully equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays, including a kitchen, washing machine, iron, and even a hair diffuser for curly-haired girls 😊. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Francesca was a wonderful host, always helpful and happy to recommend places to visit in and around Sanremo. The apartment was easy to locate on Google Maps, with convenient free parking right in front of the building. The coast and center is only about an 8–10 minute walk away, and the surrounding area is lovely, with beautiful villas all around.
