Excellent Stay Near the Beach with a Helpful Host

The apartment is in a great location—just a 5-minute walk from beautiful beaches, with easy access to the city center and the lovely seaside promenade. It’s newly renovated and well-equipped, offering all the necessary amenities with careful attention to detail. The property also features secure access and an interior garden with convenient parking. The host is very friendly and always open to providing support, which made the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Brilliant, would recommend

Brilliant apartment which has everything we needed. Marcello greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. He showed us around the apartment and also recommended lots of places to visit and eat at too. Only a 20 min walk into the centre. Will definitely use again if we come back to Sanremo.

Super séjour, hôte, parfait :)

Tout était parfait, le prix, l'emplacement + place parking gratuite et sécurisée pour grande voiture notamment ! Super hôte, très disponible et à l'écoute.

Seul petit bémol, le canapé-lit, bien pour quelques nuits mais pas plus. Conviendrait pour des enfants ou personne de faible corpulence, selon moi.

Merveilleux séjour près du centre et des plages

L’appartement est refait à neuf avec cuisine et salle de bain modernes et fonctionnelles.

J’ai moins aimé le fait qu’on ait aucune visibilité sur l’extérieur une fois les fenêtres fermées car étant en Rez de chaussée et pour assurer l’intimité les fenêtres sont opaques. On ne peut rien y faire mais il faut le savoir. L’appartement est cependant très lumineux.

Καθαρό , φωτεινό διαμέρισμα ισογείου σε εξαιρετική θέση και με θέση στάθμευσης . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Ωραίο κτίριο , πολύ ασφαλές και σε εξαιρετική γειτονιά .

Bon sejour. Bon emplacement.

Appartement conforme à la description. Il ne manque rien ( à part un couvercle a micro onde et un économe pour peler les fruits ou légumes.) Pas très loin de la Gare des trains, des bus, et du port. Parking gratuit et privé dans la résidence (qui est d'ailleurs facile d'accès et bien sécurisé). La zone est très calme sure et familiale. La literie du lit qui devait être de bonne qualité, commence à fatiguer. (il y a des creux, mais ca ne nous a pas gênés) , Tout fonctionnait bien et l'appartement était très propre. Rien a redire. Si on doit revenir dans le coin, on reviendra ici. Propriétaire disponible gentil, qui communique par messagerie en Français (il ne le parle pas) et pas loin si il y a un soucis. Merci pour toutes les infos donnés lors de la réservation. (trains restaurants, ce qu'il y a voir...etc...)

Le matelas du lit dans la chambre, commence a s'affaisser. Sinon la literie est de bonne qualité, et il n'y a rien d'autre a signaler. Tout était en parfait état de fonctionnement. (clim, wifi....)

Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari ottima...davvero persone speciali. Alloggio moderno e perfettamente pulito con prodotti di prima necessità forniti. Posizione buona a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e 5 minuti dal mare. Nel complesso ottima esperienza. Torneremo. Consigliatissimo!

L'emplacement est idéal. Situé à deux pas du centre historique. Il y a la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la résidence. Ce qui est un vrai plus. Le logement est parfaitement équipé. Rien ne manque.

L'accès à pied à la résidence se fait par une route légèrement escarpée. Ce qui peut être gênant pour les personnes ayant du mal à marcher. Je ne peux pas dire que je n'ai pas apprécié cela mais juste pour que les gens le sachent.

L’appartement est plutôt bien situé, il était super propre et très mignon, agréable pour un séjour en amoureux. L’hôte Marcello a été adorable, il nous a envoyé en amont de notre séjour une liste d’endroits a visité, ou manger et c’était excellent donc je recommande vraiment le Mapa Holiday Sanremo 25 On a pu garer notre voiture et tt faire à pied si vous aimez marcher vous ne toucherez pas votre voiture du séjour et elle est en sécurité , la résidence est fermée par un portail Donc foncez !!!!
