Luxurious, secluded apartment in early '900 villa, minutes away from Center.

This apartment exceeded our expectations in every respect. It is conveniently located close to the center, but still secluded enough to be quite. There is a big grocery store located 15 mins away by walk. Everything is clean, modern. I happen to visit a lot of B&B in Liguria, and not many check all the marks like this one. The property is located on the ground floor of an old villa, but the apartment is completely renewed with modern flair and taste. The garden and the swimming pool are meters away and at disposal of the customer (don't know how busy it gets during summer). The bedroom is located on the back, so it is dead-quite. The owners where welcoming and extremely gentle. They also left enough to have plenty of breakfast for the whole duration of our stay. There is a parking place inside the property (protected). Be aware of the 1/2 hr walk to reach the center of the city. This is the only rented property of the villa, the rest are owners, which raises the level of the neighborough (no loud folks running in underwear, if you know what I mean...).

The roads in Liguria are narrow. Leave your big SUV home, or you will leave your rear mirrors here.

Absolutely an experience we will treasure.

Our host Monica, was an exceptional host. The apartment was well appointed with everything thing you could need and more. A family business with little touches of home to welcome you, wine and walnuts from their vineyard, even enough food and bits to get you through the first day - milk, bread, sweets, juice, eggs, pasta and canned sauce! Absolutely made our time there special.

We were disappointed that we couldn’t have stayed longer.

Podobało mi się dosłownie wszystko, od przemiłej Pani gospodarz, świetny kontakt i wskazówki dotyczące zwiedzania, na dzień dobry nawet wyposażona lodówka czy barek śniadaniowy, apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba do spędzenia tam idealnych włoskich wakacji, basen, zadbany piękny ogród, świetnie wyciszone pokoje, pralka, zmywarka , wszystkie udogodnienia których podróżując z dziećmi potrzebujemy na wakacjach. Kogoś może przerazić ilość schodów skrótem do plaży, ale skoro 4 latek dawał radę codziennie po 2 razy, to raczej każdy da radę. Jest to miejsce na uboczu ale nadal blisko centrum. Polecam!

Herrlich und absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Monicas schönem Apartment! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig und Monica war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die stets zur Verfügung stand! Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt! Der Palazzo ist wunderschön, der Garten herrlich mit tollem Pool. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt (ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß) & in 10 Min. zu Fuß am Strand.

Nydelig leilighet i San Remo

Leiligheten var over forventning. Den hadde alle bekvemmeligheter, var utrolig ren og velholdt, og alt var tenkt på. Den var sval og lys og hadde god plass til vår familie på fire. Uteområdet og hagen var svært vakker. Bassenget var perfekt for våre to barn. Det var kort vei til sentrum av San Remo til fots. Da vi ankom hadde vertinnen kjøpt inn både kaker og litt mat, noe som var svært velkomment etter en lengre biltur. Videre gav hun oss fantastisk gode råd når det gjaldt severdigheter og opplevelser. Vi hadde et perfekt opphold på dette stedet og anbefaler det varmt videre.

Det hyggeligste ophold i smukke omgivelser med den bedste vært!!

Så hyggeligt og fint. Den bedste vært i verden som mødte os og viste rundt selvom vi ankom meget sent. Hun havde endda sørget for mad og vand til os. Lejligheden var virkeligt fint indrettet og vi følte os straks hjemme. Meget smuk have og en lækker pool. Langt væk fra byens larm.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter San Remo et la région Joli logement situé ds une maison ancienne et un magnifique jardin La propriétaire est disponible et sympathique, de plus elle parle français!

Très bien

Joli appartement confortable et bien équipé dans une magnifique demeure d'époque . Accueil chaleureux de Monica et son mari avec plein de petites attentions pour se restaurer ou boire en attendant de faire les courses . Très adapté pour garer en toute sécurité les vélos électriques .

Manque une moustiquaire à la fenêtre de chambre mais Monica a prévu d'en installer une prochainement
