Evergreen Pearl , 2 Bedroom Maisonette In Heart Of Paphos

Bright and clean

As we were traveling as a family of five with three teenagers having a pool table table tennis Paul hot tub it was a good choice of activities for the children. The mountain views were very good. Pool was a good size.

The sun loungers were old and really uncomfortable to the point where I couldn’t lay on them. The hot tub was an extra €200 for the four days we were there which I felt was pricey. At first, it was some confusion around the booking and the landlord asked for extra money to open all five bedrooms. He eventually did this for free, but I think it’s common practice for him to ask for extra money for all the bedrooms to be open. The beds are comfy, but the pillows are not. The showers on the en suite bedrooms are so tiny. It’s hard to move. We’ve lived in Cyprus now for 11 years and travel hotels /villas monthly and I would say this villa deserves its three stars, but could get four stars easily by improving small little things like the quality of the Sun lounges, having hand soaps, table tennis bats and balls. Small changes. On our second night, the villa next door had a huge Cypriot party with a DJ’s large sound speakers, plate smashing and it continued to 4 AM. It was shaking the walls not that that is the landlord‘s fault but was horrendous.
