Ampio appartamento, posizione strategica, presenza di lavatrice condizionatore ferro da stiro stendino e Cucina.
Tapparelle ( manovella) non funzionanti, devi chiudere a mano per non fare entrare la luce, presenza di rumore fin delle prime ore dell’alba, porta finestra difettosa che non permetteva di isolarsi del tutto dal rumore del traffico e Internet altalenante per i primi tre giorni. Fortunatamente il proprietario si è impegnato a far sostituire il cavo della fibra ed è tornato a funzionare.
