molto comodo, secondo le mie aspettative ed il mio utilizzo, un comodo balcone con tavolo e sedie, tenda sole, aria condizionata, un bel salotto, un tavolo comodo in soggiorno per studiare, camera con tre posti letto, un bagno comodo, cucina molto abitabile con tutto il necessario a disposizione.. per chi ne ha bisogno, anche 2 lavatrici..ascensore nel palazzo, appartamento al 6 piano che permette anche una nuona areazione nelle ore più calde..nei dintorni bar e ristoranti..i proprietari abitano di fianco e se gli scrivi sono sempre a disposizione, stabile silenzioso...consigliatissimo a tutti quelli di passaggio per più giorni..ottimo
le serrature qualche difficoltà, porta stabile e appartamento

Appartamento al sesto piano molto accogliente, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. Ottima posizione in centro a Tirana. I proprietari, Ilir e Liliana, sono persone deliziose e molto disponibili.

Posizione davvero ottima, a due passi da tutto quello che c'è in centro. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi e con facilità. Ottima disponibilità da parte del gestore sempre pronto a rispondere in tempi velocissimi.
