Friendly host, fast check in, took EUR, flat well located. Quiet neighbors, decent view. Clean and tidy flat, bidet in WC, nice water pressure. There is a washing machine, which came in really handy. Comfortable mattress and couch, TV with YouTube. Reliable WiFi. Easy check out, great value for money. Well stocked kitchenette, large closet for clothes. Very secure property, big gate to keep people out.
During intense heat the conditioner is struggling to keep the flat cold, but that's understandable. There is no lift, which could be a problem for older or disabled people. The fridge keeps moving around, should be more stable. There is no shower curtain, so you have to be careful not to wet the toilet etc. Also worth mentioning: no laundry rack and clothes ironing table (at least we didn't find one). Very busy street outside, but we didn't mind the noise.
