PÉSSIMO é SCAM

Reservamos este hotel em julho por 335,84€ para duas noites, 1-3 de setembro, 6 pessoas. Não recebemos qualquer informação, desde a confirmação pelo booking, em relação a morada, check-in, check-out, etc., pois apesar das inúmeras mensagens enviadas por mim (através booking, e-mail…) não houve resposta. Ao chegar ao local, percebemos que não havia qualquer informação relativa ao apartamento e, quando encontramos a suposta entrada do apartamento com ajuda de moradoras, percebemos que apenas conseguiríamos encontrar o apartamento com a ajuda do proprietário, pois não sabíamos o andar nem o código para o cofre (chaves) e o alojamento era independente da receção, pois estes não nos conseguiram ajudar uma vez que não conhecimento. Estivemos neste empreendimento desde as 13:30 até às 18h a tentar comunicar com o proprietário, sendo que as informações fornecidas através do booking indicam que o check-in pode ser feito a partir das 14h da tarde. Após verificar estas condições, que nada correspondiam ao anúncio, decidimos procurar outro alojamento, que nos ficou por mais 283€, sem incluir o deslocamento. Penso que seja inadmissível que o booking permita anúncios falsos e enganosos como este. Tenho ainda capturas de ecrã e conversas no booking que comprovam o que foi dito.
