Amazing!

Lovely location with an amazing view right in front! Everything you need is in this home.

My only concern was the locks on the white door that doesn’t seem to lock, so you have to make sure the blue door is locked. Everything else was great!

A great find!

Thé property was very nicely designed, very practical and modern and clean. It is located on the sea front and there are many restaurants.

It’s a little way out from the centre, but that was OK for us. The area it is in is very nice. The kitchen cupboard for the crockery is too high. I could not reach.

Nice, clean apartment with all necessary facilities, across the street from the sea.

Parking was a bit difficult, a very busy place in the evening and we did have to find the parking machines.

Quiet location with a beach view. good basics for cooking.

we had a blackout the first night and didn’t have power until 10am the next day which meant no aircon. The host never replied and we figured the power out ourselves but couldn’t fix the aircon until the next day - house was stinking hot!! If it weren’t for the power / aircon though it would have been a great stay.

Fabulous location for a short stay in southern France

Perfect location, outstanding view. Really easy to get to, and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

Was a little nervous about the parking situation as the location to park wasnt extremely clear, but I never got towed, so I figured it all worked out in the end.

Basic apartment and close to the beach but our overall experience could have been better.

We stayed in the split level apartment which was a good basic space. Bedroom is downstairs with no window. Great location for the beach. 10 minute walk from train station which has good links.

No kettle and the apartment is missing some basic kitchen products considering it’s a self catering apartment. I contacted the host several times to request a late check out and unfortunately did not get a response. We understand late check outs can’t always be accommodated but we would have appreciated a reply. Didn’t feel very private.

Overall great with a few small improvements to be had - we will return!

Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby and a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The apartment is spacious and is done up really nicely. Slept very well in the comfortable bed!

Just a few things missing to make it 100% comfortable and convenient - no hairdryer provided (which is not great if you have a fringe!) no bread knife. Coffee pod machine but not one or two coffee pods provided to have a nice coffee on your first morning. Messaged the owner about the possibility of an earlier check in as we landed in the morning but no response and no contact number provided.

Lovely little apartment

We really loved it here. The location was great, in a very nice area.

When we arrived on the first day, there was no hot water so we couldn't shower on our arrival after travelling 2 days to get there. We couldn't get any reply on how to get hot water either. We had hot water the rest of our stay though. Also, we were asked to leave the city tax in cash in the apartment on our departure, and we did. And we were also charged for the city tax on our final bill. It was only 10 euro but still the principal of it. Anyway, despite this, we enjoyed our stay, so still 9 out of ten. Only losing a star for no hot water on the first day.

Perfect location for week long stay.

The location was perfect being across from the promenade with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Our unit was spotless and quiet with all the amenities we required. I do wish there were screens on the windows so that we could open them without worrying about mosquitoes entering. Parking was sometimes an issue which meant paying to park the car a couple of blocks away.

Perfect beach front location with beautiful view

We really enjoyed the sea view! It is so nice to have coffee on the terrace and watch the sea, have a walk or run along the beach.. The location is also very convenient for exploring the area by car - close to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, but much calmer. The room itself is very comfortable, well equipped, clean. The place was much nicer than we expected :)

A couple more wine glasses in the cupboard would be great - it is France after all :)

Most definitely the location The studio flat was absolutely fantastic Restaurants literally at your door step Horse racing the same if available Then the candle on the cake the sea just over the road Everyone is so friendly This short break should of been longer

Owner doesn't respond to phone calls or messages. Lower unit was under construction and we were left with no hot water one day and the jack hammers were good at 7 a.m

A great position opposite the ocean, surrounded by good restaurants. It has kitchen facilities and a nice terrace. I would love to stay here again.

Location was good. Great views of the ocean from the patio. Good space and equipment in the kitchen to make own food.

Bed was very uncomfortable and only one pillow that is very flat. Never seen the host. No clean towels was offered. Couch is so dirty with old marks on it. Free parking was never available.

Nice and cosy appartement by the sea, but....

the location is perfect, the flat has an amazing view of the sea and all major utensils.

couple of things: 1. the check out time at 10am is unaceptable, given that the check-in time is 3pm, so you are paying for the place only for 19 hours. I am sure the hos would be flexible with an early check-in, or late check-out but still... 2. most importantly: there wasn't any shampoo, douche gel in the amenities. sorry if this was mentioned in the announcement but not sure. interestingly and positively, there were espresso capsules at your service.. 3. I also found it bizarre to require the cleaning of cups, plates, etc from the kitchem, although there is a dishwasher... overall, it is a really nice place to stay, but the points above should be considered.

The beach is right in front of the hotel.

The price is overestimated. The owner does not speak English and declines to help in a confusing situation. No mosquito net. Very small bathroom. No actual parking near the hotel.

Well renovated and fitted out. Good location next to the beach. Nice terrace with space and sun. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby.

Hot water ran out before I had finished my shower. The bathroom floor was wet and shower dripping on my arrival. One of the pillowcases was missing.

Very good apartment near the beach.

Very nice apartment with all brand new furniture and appliances, air conditioning was very good, nice terrace. Internet was also very good.

Parking might be an issue, otherwise there is nothing bad about it.

Beautiful views and a comfortable flat!

1. The host never responded to a single email or text. 2. The frotn glass dorr would not lock which made things really awkward as the outside metal door had to be kept locked which would block the light out. 3. The gate to the property was not locked. Twice, random strangers just walked up the stairs to the balcony asking about availability which was not great.

Разположението на централната алея и близост до ресторанти и магазини.

Въпреки, че бе обявено, че в квартирата има wi-fi,, явно рутерът беше блокирал и до края на нашия престой, никой не дойде да отстрани проблема. Любезно няколко пъти помолихме собственика за съдействие. Имаше дребни забележки по чистотата и никой не смени кърпите и спалното бельо през целия престой, а нямаше и резервни. Заради проблема с wi-fi беше невъзможен и контрола на климатичната система, беше в някакво базисно състояние и не подлежеше на настройка.
