House of traditional Ligurian type, located in a property located in the district of Bréguières near the city center. This house of charm and character has been completely restored by us with the use of environmentally friendly materials, paints with lime and natural ocher, respecting the spirit of simplicity of the places and the original style . With a surface of 100 m2, it is organized in a rez of garden including a living room, a dining room and an American kitchen giving, on the east side, on a beautiful courtyard with a bench and shaded by a centenary lime tree and by an arbor. On the front, south-west side, a small terrace completes the whole. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one, opening onto a balcony, has two twin beds. They have two showers and a toilet.

The Breguières district, home to both single-family homes and a few residential buildings, is highly sought after for its calm and geographical location. It is quickly accessible from the airport (about 10 minutes by car), the city center (about 600 m) and the beaches of Cros de Cagnes (900m).
