About this house rental
House of traditional Ligurian type, located in a property located in the district of Bréguières near the city center. This house of charm and character has been completely restored by us with the use of environmentally friendly materials, paints with lime and natural ocher, respecting the spirit of simplicity of the places and the original style . With a surface of 100 m2, it is organized in a rez of garden including a living room, a dining room and an American kitchen giving, on the east side, on a beautiful courtyard with a bench and shaded by a centenary lime tree and by an arbor. On the front, south-west side, a small terrace completes the whole. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one, opening onto a balcony, has two twin beds. They have two showers and a toilet.
You will be seduced by the charm of this comfortable and very luminous house, with a personalized and sober 'decoration'.
The Breguières district, home to both single-family homes and a few residential buildings, is highly sought after for its calm and geographical location. It is quickly accessible from the airport (about 10 minutes by car), the city center (about 600 m) and the beaches of Cros de Cagnes (900m). The calm, the sunshine and the proximity of the conveniences justify its attractiveness. Due to this strategic situation, you are near the places of life and animation of Cagnes sur mer. Whether for sea bathing or shopping, you can move on foot without recourse to the car. Similarly, you can quickly access the shops, restaurants, various services, train station, bus stops ...) and the famous sites of Cagnes, such as the racecourse, the old town, the Renoir ... The house has lots of character. It is wonderfully spacious and has a lovely courtyard area too.
The house is well furnished and has everything you need for a ‘home from home’ stay.
Four of us stayed for 5 nights. We went out visting different places each day and looked forward to a ‘small glass’ by evening sat outside in the very fragrant courtyard.
Our host Jeanne was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

La maison de Jeanne est parfaitement équipée, Il ne manque rien . La décoration est soignée, la cour est très agréable pour y déjeuner et y dîner . Jeanne et son mari sauront vous conseiller sur les sites à voir, les bonnes adresses. Beaucoup de sites à découvrir sans faire trop de route. Nice est très facilement accessible en bus , on peut aller à la plage à pied, pensez à vos chausures de plage car c'est une plage de galets . Nous avons passer une semaine très agréable.Merci à Jeanne et à son mari pour leur accueil .
