Perfect location if your primary goal is relaxing on the beach which was very well maintained and clean. Pleanty of restaurants, good public transport coverage within few minutes of walk. Very spacious apartment for 4 adults, equipped OK. Nice balcony with beautiful view. Hosts are very responsive.
There was a construction in the building during our stay that was making a lot of noise, this is temporary of course but we had to endure this for several days. Dated furniture and kitchenware, everything needs an update for the asking price. TV set is there but there are no TV channels installed so it is basically useless. We had some issues with internet but simle router restarts always helped. The road is very busy and noisy.

Appartamento molto bello e comodo al centro di Cagnes. Josè è un padrone di casa sempre disponibile e gentile.
L'appartamento è spazioso e perfetto per la famiglia. Ottima la zona cucina che ti permette di gestire i pasti in famiglia al meglio. Al martedì c'è anche il mercato dove acquistare prodotti locali e molto buoni.
Non c'è parcheggio. Bisogna arrangiarsi come si può, utilizzando le strutture che ti mette a disposizione il comune di Cagnes. Ce ne sono parecchie e comode, ma le tariffe cambiano a seconda della stagione e della zona di parcheggio.
Noi oramai siamo abituati e ci muoviamo comunque molto bene.

Sijainti lähellä ravintoloita, leipomoita, rantaa, supermarkettia ja juna-asemaa. Näkymä ikkunoista on todella kaunis. Liikenteen melu ei kantautunut huoneistoon, kun ovet piti kiinni. Makuuhuoneet rauhalliset. Hyvä sänky. Kahdelle hengelle todella tilava asunto. Hyvä astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi ja liesi.
Asunnon edessä kulkeva neljäkaistainen autotie on aikaisesta aamusta yöhön asti niin meluisa, ettei parvekkeella voinut oleilla. Huoneisto ei vastaa annettua 4 "tähteä". 3 on lähempänä totuutta. Hyvin vanha asunto, jota remontoitu päälle maalaamalla. Sisäilma kysymysmerkki. Vedenkeitin epäsiisti. Juomalaseja pieni sekalainen kokoelma ja 3 viinilasia, jotka kaikki erilaisia. Keittiössä vanha epäsiisti pesusieni. Silityslauta puhki poltettu. Henkareina rautalankahenkareita.
