We had such a wonderful stay at Tanners Lodge. The place was spotless, cosy, and felt so homely from the moment we arrived. The thoughtful touches, like a fresh pint of milk and biscuits waiting for us, really made a difference. We were in town for a wedding, and when my partner realised he had forgotten his bow tie, the family went above and beyond to help us out – even providing a bow tie to save the day! Their kindness and hospitality made our stay extra special. Thank you so much for everything – we couldn’t recommend Tanners Lodge more highly!

Tanners lodge amazjng

What an amazing place. Greeted by lance when we got there who showed us round. Great location ..ice and peaceful. Local pub the hop pole was great. Food was brilliant and you can take your dog. Very welcoming. Beautiful log fire in the Lodge which we had on. I really don't have anything negative to say on this place. I will definitely stay there again and recommend highly to people. Very accommodating.

Perfect

Perfect private location but easy walk to the local pub and a lovely walk through the woods to Bewdley. The Hosts were charming and couldn’t do enough to help us, even drawing a map for our planned hike We will definitely visit again

Would use again

It was just very handy and friendly, pleasant, clean, relaxed and sociable. It shares road access with the owners' home so we met them coming and going a bit and they were very helpful and friendly without being in any way intrusive. It's set back not too far from the road so it was handy for travel which was useful for us.

Very relaxing

We were greeted on arrival and given a quick tour . The lodge itself is very spacious , comfortable and located in such a peaceful setting it really is a hidden little gem thank you .

Absolutely loved my stay can't wait to return

Beautiful and peaceful in a great location. Very cosy with great facilities. Loves the extras that where there, tea, coffee, shortbread, milk etc Lovely to sit out in the garden and enjoy the weather. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning

Let down severely by the mattress and bedding condition and quality

The location, setting and log burner.

The mattress had springs poking into my body through the material. It is obviously very old and / or of very poor quality. Really quite unbelievable in this day and age. The bedding, quilt and pillows were nylon of also of extremely poor quality. I travel frequently and have not experienced anything like this for 15 - 20 years. If I did not have a topper mattress and good quality bedding in my van I would have moved. Do we know why there was a minature camera hidden alongside the overhead fan high up in the main room?
