A lovely, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches
The apartment itself was lovely and very comfortable. The bed and sofas were excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The cot for my baby was already set up, which I really appreciated. The host was responsive, and it was very helpful that a family member was allowed to collect the key for us, as we were arriving from Australia.
There was quite a lot of written information; reducing this slightly could make the stay feel even more relaxing.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for shot or long stay within the area. Fr
Brilliant accommodation, the most friendly host and exceptional security for parking and accommodation. Greeted by Tracy we were given a personal tour to our apartment showings us the bathroom stocked with small shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The large spacious bedroom with the travel cot ready to use for our little boy. Plenty of wardrobe space for longer visits although we only stayed 2 nights, this would be the perfect place for longer stays. Onto the large living area with small but ample joined kitchen was stocked with all crockery and kitchen appliances and also tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast cereals. A Smart to was situated in the living room area, with a dvd player and a selection of DVD’s to use. Also a games cupboard included jigsaws, board games, books and tourist information which we found extremely helpful. Located 3 minute drive from the West Midlands safari (which is why we chose this stay) there was also plenty of food outlet’s within walking distance fish and chips, kebab, or the classic ‘pub grub’.

Apartment was larger than we had expected, very light and airy with quality furnishings and a comfortable bed. The front door and car park were behind security gates making it feel very safe and the communal outside areas were tidy and well kept. We were met by Tracy the owner, who handed over the keys and gave us a quick tour of the property during which we discovered that the outside light wasn't working....this was rectified first thing the following morning, great service. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped including milk, cereals and biscuits, foil, cling film and cleaning products, toiletries and games and videos. Communication between Tracy and ourselves was very good and she obviously takes a great pride in providing a high standard property and an exceptional service.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish with an excellent host.
Very spacious and clean, good quality linen, comfortable bed and we appreciated the small touches, ie: toiletries and welcome pack. Overall it was a superb stay.

Everything was as described and above our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was just perfect. It was really nice to be met by the owner and to be shown through the property.
