Cosy Georgian Cottage in the Heart of Bewdley, Worcestershire

Excellent location. Lovely cottage.Cosy clean & tidy.

Beautiful historic cottage and very comfortable. Good kitchen, comfy living room and good sized bedrooms. Bathroom is on the small side but full size bath and shower and perfectly usable. Small outdoor space just enough to pop outside for fresh air. Great neighbours. Brilliant location - just a short walk into town or the lovely park or the river or the brewery! Great off road walks within meters. Would recommend and would love to return.

Two toilets would have been better with four people staying but it didn't spoil our stay. Able to just about park at the front to drop of bags etc but free parking VERY difficult to find in Bewdley.

The location was ideal for both the Bewdley Brewery, the town centre and other sires.

A minor problem was the shower, the shower head would not stay in position and no bannister on the second stair way.

The house had some great original features and the location was good. Parking is a problem and the noisy traffic was horrific at times. Hosts need to sharpen up on details, such as a welcome pack, clothes and out of date food left in the house. It felt like we were intruding on someone else's property. Lovely period property but the cleaning standards were terrible. The hot water and shower was erratic and either cold or red hot. Not for me, disappointed.
