Villa Agnona Camere

the Villa is beautiful and very new. very nice design of old with the new. the woman we were in contact with was very nice. also the garden is beautiful and the view. the room was big and the balcony nice. there is a very nice kitchen in the upper floor, which we used for breakfast. the owner came in the morning and was mad we used it (even though the other lady said we are welcome to) and said we didn't pay for it. it is a shame, as it is there and if guests can't use then whats the point?!.. it was very rude, and also the place is so expensive already, it should include the use of the kitchen.

we were there in the end of september and there was no blanket!! we were cold the whole night and slept very badly. we looked for a while for a dovet or warm blanket and couldn't go to bed. then we found some small one, only good for 1 person and also thin and itchy. so we paid a lot of money, this is one of the most expensive accomodations in the area and we were cold all night. not only that, but when the owner saw us in the morning, she was mad we didn't leave yet and were using the kitchen, even though her worker (which was very nice!) told us we could stay there until 12pm. at 12:10 she comes up, and instead of opologizing we paid so much and didn't get a blanket, she kicks us out. very rude and they should of offered some money back, or at least! be more generous with checking out from the kitchen (not the rooms!) and the owner needs to learn better hospitality, like her workers do have. we will not come back or reccomend this place because of this. it is a shame because it is beautifully renovated and could be great, but we payed a lot and got bad sleep, rude hospitality and if the kitchen is not included it is not worth it (include it and say so ahead of time and then it is)

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo, Bella, pulizia impeccabile, arredata con gusto, check in in autonomia chiarissimo.,letto meraviglioso,, parcheggio comodo e host gentilissima.

Ruhige Lage.
