The interior is nice
Unsafe place. Someone was walking in our apartment. Once we came in and the window door was open and TV worked.

I strongly recommend that other travelers avoid booking this property.
Warning! My experience with renting this apartment was extremely negative. Despite having a fully paid reservation from August 10 to August 17, access to the property was unilaterally blocked by the owner by changing the entry code. The owner stopped responding to my messages and requests to resolve the issue. As a result, it became impossible to use the service I had already paid for. Unfortunately, Booking.com support also failed to provide any real assistance or protection to the customer. I strongly recommend that other travelers avoid booking this property.

Замечательный ремонт. Все более чем удобно в квартире. Паркинг подземный расположен прямо под домом. Гардероб, диван ( как еще одно спальное место) , кровать. Удобная кухня, есть посуда.
Постельное белье воняло грязным и сырым запахом. Что очень мешало спать. Дополнительный спальный комплект так же имел отвратительный аромат. Дверь в туалет сломана, не закрывалась, вынуждены были засовывать бумагу в двери что б закрыть ее. На первом этаже здания находиться мастерская , иногда шумно. Слышимость между номером так же очень высокая. Ёршик для унитаза разбит. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца уборщица складывает во время уборки на полу. А потом дает это нам для сна и вытираться. По этому полу люди ходят с улицы. Что категорически не допустимо!
