Welcome to our chic and well designed house! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway is the perfect destination for a fun-filled vacation with family and friends, even large groups with 2,200 sq ft of indoor living space and lots of natural light.

Our backyard features a variety of activities including Mini Golf / Putt Putt, Cornhole, Jenga, Connect 4, Outdoor Bowling, and a Private Heated Pool for a refreshing swim. You'll also find an outdoor modern kitchen with BBQ and kegerator, perfect for hosting a cookout. Relax by the fire pit and enjoy the additional seating available. Admire the local artist's work on the outdoor mural as you wind down your evening watching your favorite shows on the outdoor smart TV!
Indulge in a movie theater experience like no other in our professionally installed cinema room. Sink into the plush reclining chairs and enjoy the show! There's a nice ping pong table as well as classic arcade games: NBA Jam and Mortal Kombat.
Inside, you'll find a beautifully designed great room with a pool table, a huge sectional making for comfy seating, and another 50-inch Smart Fire TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook up delicious meals during your stay. From pots and pans to wine glasses, blender and Keurig, can opener, and even a crockpot, it's all ready for your stay.
Each room in our Airbnb is uniquely designed, ensuring a comfortable and stylish stay for all guests.
-The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, complete with two nightstands and a full-length mirror. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 50-inch Smart TV before dozing off for a restful night's sleep.

-The third bedroom offers a king bed with a 38-inch smart TV.
-The fourth bedroom is perfect for friends or family with two queen beds and a 44-inch Smart TV.
Families are more than welcome in our Airbnb, and we provide convenient amenities like a high chair and pack 'n play to ensure a hassle-free stay. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs.
To help make your stay more enjoyable, we provide complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as essentials like dish pods, dish soap, sponges, and trash bags. We aim to make your vacation as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.
The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog.
There are 4 exterior cameras purely for security purposes. 1 is located by the front door, solely to keep track of our cleaners :) Garage is not available to guests!
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious four-bedroom home—perfect for our two families! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and play, and the house was packed with things to do. The theater room was a huge hit, and the kids had an absolute blast swimming, playing golf outside, and enjoying games like ping-pong and pool. The backyard is beautiful and such a great space for hanging out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — and we felt right at home. The property was located close to everything we needed (Costco, Whole Foods, Sprouts and restaurants) We would definitely stay here again—highly recommend for families or groups looking for fun and comfort

The house was great, lots of things to keep you busy. The ping pong table needs to be replaced but other than that everything is as pictured. The beds and pillows were confortable and that is a huge plus. They were very quick in returning my calls or emails. I would reccomend.

The house might have been good, but the maintenance and management were so poor that the experience was not great overall. One of the bigger issues was the heat was set to 66 degrees, which left us cold the whole time. The thermostat was an app which we had no access to. The management had sent us a link to an overview of the house. The link didn’t work and they were never able to provide a functional link although I told them it wasn’t working. We complained about the heat and they did nothing. One of the key features of the house was the heated pool. It was not usable the whole time because it was cloudy and green. The blinds in the dining area didn’t work and were rigged to stay closed. When my husband tried to open them, one was clearly not functional. So it was dark in the dining area—not usable. No directions for using theatre screen—another feature of the house.
Overall, a sad experience. Management offered us a different rental halfway through our stay but we were only there for three days and didn’t want to move.
