We had a great time enjoying the pool and yard. Our kids loved swimming and just relaxing at the home. The kids were able to be together the entire time and swim anytime they wanted. The pool heater was great, and took the edge off the pool so that there was no concern of jumping right in! The property owners were great communicators! Raulina was always just a text away and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Location was great, close to lots of restaurants and things to do in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.

House had enough room for our three families traveling to Phoenix for spring break. Bedrooms were spacious and the kids loved the double bunk beds! The pool was a good size. Unfortunately we paid for the heated pool option and asked that it would be heated on the day we arrived. We were only staying for 3 nights and knew the pool in the afternoon would be cold when we arrived around 4 pm. I was informed the pool heat was turned on before we arrived but when we arrived the pool was not heated and the pool was cold. The heater was not working and the pool wasn’t clean. I called the property manager and explained the issue. The pool maintenance man was supposed to arrive but didn’t come til around 8 or 9 pm. I didn’t feel the property manager was very responsive either. They also request that you have quiet hours after 11 pm.
