No rearranging furniture in the house as it can damage flooring and furniture.
Opt in to heat the pool for an additional $60 per night. Please inform us at least 48-72 hours prior to your arrival if you wish to have the pool heated as it may take at least a day for the pool to reach temperature.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is STR-2026-001803
