About this house rental
Recently remodeled and just a stone’s throw away from the exciting Kierland Commons. Also, only a 5-minute drive to the Phoenix Open and a number of the golf courses which Arizona is known for.
Whether you’re here for the fine-dining and shopping of Kierland, the nightlife of Old Town or you’re just looking to swing the clubs, this house is the perfect place for you and your group.
This property has two bedrooms on the ground floor, with an attached full bathroom for master bedroom, and a full guest bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The upstairs landing includes a huge loft area, complete with a bar, designated work space and an additional two bedrooms and a full bathroom, an extended patio with an awesome view of the McDowell Mountain range at sunset. There is a 77-inch Oled tv upstairs, a large urban sectional for movies and tv.
The backyard includes an 8-foot diving pool (can be heated for a fee) and a raised patio area and waterfall for outdoor relaxation. The house backs up to a wash, which not only makes for a great view from upstairs but also adds an extra layer of privacy. The wash is accessible from the pathway just a few houses down the north side of the street.
