POOL HEATING: The pool heater is turned on between October 15th and May 1st as it is, not necessary with the warm temperatures in Arizona to heat the pool during the other months of the year. *The pool will not be heated after May 1st until October. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure cover stays on the pool.
EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

We live in the neighborhood and were hosting an event at our own home and needed space for our out of town guests to stay. We booked 2 homes nearby and it worked out great. This home was well equppied, in great condition, and gave everyone the space they needed. The area is very walkable for everything one would need- we love our neighborhood! We'll definitely book again in the future when we have visitors. Thanks for the great hospitality!

This was really perfect for our family of 6. The whole property was immaculate. The pool is not very deep, but everyone loved it. There were pool toys, minigolf, soccer, football. The game room was a huge hit. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every small appliance you could possibly need and a combo drip and k-cup coffee maker. The host supplied more than enough basic supplies for the week we were there - toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher pods, etc. The location was in north Scottsdale and though it's walking distance to a big shopping center, it's on a little cul-de-sac that was very quiet and felt private. We had zero issues, and marked this as favorite for next time we are in AZ

Great house. Exactly as advertised. Great communication. We really appreciated all of the extras in the house like spices, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. We have stayed in a lot of houses, some a lot fancier andmore expensive, that didn’t provide those so it was really a nice touch. Also the board games and puzzles, pool toys, etc. We will stay here again if/when back in the area.

Everything is as exactly as advertised/pictures or better. They even provided starter toiletries so we didn't have to run out right away. The house and especially the back yard is absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time just hanging out back in and around the pool and hot tub (which we were surprised they had just added a few weeks prior to our stay.) The house and property was the perfect size for 2 couples to either hang out together or also spread out for privacy. It's definitely a great size if you want to throw some kids in the mix as well, there's a bunk bed room we didn't use. The location was perfectly centralized to everything we wanted to do and very close to shopping (walking distance) while still being on a quiet cul de sac. 100% would recommend and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area.
