The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: 2 outdoor security cameras on the 2 sides of the house. They are pointed toward the RV gate on one side and the street wall on the other side to monitor security at those 2 entrance points.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Welcome feeling when walking in the house. The house has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated (love the art). The beds are so comfortable. So much fun being here! We had a great time! Such a great house and large private back yard with amazing beautiful pool! Oh - and nice having a garage with opener to keep the car cool!

Amenitys were perfect. This place has it all! Comfortable beds and furnishings, clean pool, clean house, great party lights, full kitchen,great fridge. Cool decor. Everything u can imagine in the kitchen. Great ,location!

The designer feel and the decor was amazing in this house! The backyard with the fruit trees was super cool. My kids absolutely loved picking and juicing the oranges every morning!
I would stay at this house again but only in the warmer months and if there was a new property manager. When we got to the home, we couldn’t get in and had to wait on the phone for 20 minutes before they would tell me the code. They said I would be emailed information about the home and the code. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t received it.
We came in March and the pool can’t be heated (I found that out the week before we were arriving after calling twice about it) but we were still going to swim. The pool was very dirty and Vacasa said someone would be over to clean it, they never did. We still swam but it was a little gross. The pool would be great in the Summer/Fall months and I’m sure they clean it on a regular basis then.
Vacasa gives you the bare minimum essentials (garbage bags, 4 laundry detergents, paper towels, toilet paper) so grab some at the store on your way if you’ll be there longer than 3 days.
There were dirty towels left over in the hamper from the previous guests and a couple pieces of food on the floor but overall it was clean enough.
The location and price really was great and the house was perfect for kids!
