About this chalet rental
Cozy scenic A-frame tucked between Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts, only minutes away from downtown Harbor Springs and downtown Petoskey. The main level offers a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with tub. The upper level includes a third bedroom with queen size bed, full bath and loft space. The lower level includes a family room, a full bathroom with sauna and laundry facilities. A large deck offers plenty of space to enjoy a meal outdoors or simply take in the beautiful scenery.
HOA Requirements for Renters:
i. No more than five (5) vehicles may be parked in the driveway at any time. No parking on the streets at any time.
ii. Tents, campers, recreational vehicles, motorhomes and the like are prohibited.
iii. There shall be no outdoor fires, whether or not there is a fire-pit on the property.
iv. There shall be no outdoor parties, celebrations, games or other activities that create offensive amounts of noise.
v. There shall be no noise audible on adjacent properties after 10 pm.
vi. Trash must be placed in covered containers and the containers must be kept in the garage or in property’s designated trash storage place, so they are not visible from the road.
Please note that this property is equipped with outdoor security cameras at each entry point.

Lovely home with a cozy feel. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. We would stay there again. Also the location was perfect for skiing at the Highlands. There were several nice restaurants nearby.

This place is perfect for a ski trip up north. This is our third time staying at Ryan and Molli’s base camp cottage — it’s thoughtfully set up and so comfortable for families. And ridiculously close to both Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob.

Perfect. Host was top notch, cabin was very clean and well stocked with anything needed. Great location for our ski trip. Highlands one day and Nubs another. We really enjoyed the fire place and sauna after skiing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great rental.
