This 2,000 square foot, beautifully renovated chalet is located in historic Harbor Springs, MI walking distance to Nub's Nob and minutes from Boyne Highlands. Multiple beaches and the downtowns of Harbor Springs and Petoskey are easily accessible. Mackinaw Island ferries are 45 minutes! This property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a sauna, a game room and wonderful second story deck! The renovation is recent and the unit is super clean! New mattresses were purchased in 2026!
Four bedrooms allow 8 to sleep comfortably. A futon allows for up to 2 more. The view is a marvelous vista. A full deck acts as an additional 300 sq ft veranda for morning coffee or night time fires! The vaulted ceiling on the main floor gives a warming sense of comfort. Fully stocked kitchen, great room, dining room and entertainment room will give you a chance to relax while the sauna will help you unwind! Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms allow for privacy. This unit has two common areas for movies, games and more as well as a Mud room for ski, golf and beach equipment!
Harbor Springs boast easy access to Mackinac Island ferries; the Midwest's best skiing (at Nub's Nub and Boyne resorts); more than 30 golf courses including Bay Harbor, The Hills and The Heather designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr; world class boating and fishing; and plenty of premium restaurants and bars. You can start a hike from the front door and have access to world class road and mountain biking. You are minutes away from art galleries in downtown Harbor Springs, the historic Gaslight district in Petoskey as well as multiple world class beaches on scenic Lake Michigan!
All told, this makes this 4 season spot will act as your family's Northern MI headquarters!

This is our 3rd staying here and I can’t say enough about how perfect the location is for skiing at Nub’s Nob and the Highlands! The chalet has plenty of room to spread out. The sauna, foosball and ping pong table makes it great for aprés ski fun. We love the wood burning stove in the morning with coffee. The communication with the property manager is AI would definitely recommend this beautiful chalet for your up North getaway
