Located between the towns of Petoskey and Harbor Springs, this 2 Bed/Bath plus loft condo is nestled in a private wooded setting and sleeps 9 people (Max 8 adults). Whether you are on the balcony among the treetops, or keeping cozy in front of the fireplace, spend your time making memories amongst the four-season beauty and recreation of Northern Michigan.
The Space
Main Condo Features: Smart TVs, 6-person dining table and 4-person barstool area, 2 private balconies w/table and chairs, soaker jetted tub, Loft area with a 5 twin bunk bed, gas fireplace
Kitchen: Fully stocked dishes and cooking basics, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, Keurig, toaster, and complimentary k-cups
Beds: 1 king bed in each bedroom, daybed in the living room, a 5 twin bunk bed in the loft area, and 1 twin daybed under the stairs in the living room. (Sleeping arrangement for a max of 8 adults due to the weight limit on the top of bunk bed)
General: Free WiFi, linens/towels, central A/C, hair dryers, hangers, iron/board, trash bags, paper towels, complimentary toiletries
Stairs are required to enter

This was our second time coming to the Valleys Chalet! We won’t stay anywhere else for our annual trip to Petosky! This place is perfectly located and close to all the fun attractions. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a fun relaxing stay! The property is gorgeous, especially in the fall. You are surrounded by trees! There are several walking trails you can explore, a shuttle to Nubs Nob is almost right out the door, 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, fitness center, hot tub and sauna. It’s like being at a resort minus the crowd of people. The Valleys have went above and beyond as hosts for their property! This place is the perfect getaway if you have little ones. Our kids were so excited to come back and play in the kids loft area and watch movies on the big projector from their beds! We will definitely be back next year!!

The unit was clean and comfortable. Met all of our needs for our stay. Location was beautiful and convenient to Petoskey. The host was great at communicating and answering all of our questions.

The chalet was very cozy and inviting. It had nice accommodations and amenities that weren’t expected. (Q-tips, make up removers, nail files in bathroom, plenty of dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets, plenty of blankets) The beds were comfortable as were the couches.
