With 2,500 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed space, the home offers the comfort and privacy that larger groups often can’t find in nearby condos—ideal for multi-family vacations, golf getaways near The Highlands at Harbor Springs, ski trips to either ski hills and summer trips exploring Northern Michigan.
Location is everything—and you’re right in the middle of it.
Just minutes from downtown Harbor Springs and a short drive to Petoskey Gaslight District, you’ll enjoy both convenience and a private setting.
Made for the Whole Family
The layout is perfect for multi-generational stays, each room as cozy as the other:
• Main-floor primary king suite with private en-suite bath (with minimal steps into the house—ideal for grandparents)
• Spacious upstairs guest room with two queen beds
• Large bunk room with six twin beds—a favorite for kids, cousins, and friends
• Loft area with futon and bed in basement room for flexible sleeping space
And enough bathrooms for everyone! 1/2 bath on main floor, full in king room, two additional full bathrooms upstairs, 1/2 bath in basement
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped for cooking, gathering, and unwinding after a day of exploring, golfing, biking, drinking, eating, skiing or shopping.
Space to Play & Unwind
Unlike most condos, you’ll have multiple hangout spaces. The unfinished basement rec area offers a fun, separate area for all ages and includes:
• Air hockey
• Foosball
• Pop-A-Shot basketball
• Ping pong
• Lounge/theater area

Outside, enjoy a spacious backyard under the Northern Michigan sky with a grill, seating area, retractable awning, and Solo Stove fire pit—perfect for evenings and s’mores.

Privacy is thoughtfully maintained with a separating curtain and clear signage to support comfortable shared use.
• The basement includes a private bonus sleeping room without an egress window; not a legal bedroom but may be used within the 14-guest limit.
