La tranquillità del posto, senza rumore di traffico e movida
Il divano letto molto scomodo. L'ascensore lentissimo, facevo prima io dalle scale.... L'ultima scomodità era non poter arrivare sotto casa almeno per le valigie anche perché quando piove è un bel guaio. Poi il parcheggio era una caccia tutte le volte.

Arredamento e allestimenti interni dell'appartamento e della hall, molto moderni e curati.
Luce che filtrava dalle scale di notte attraverso una sorta di lucernaio interno nella camera matrimoniale (nel soppalco) poco assortimento di stoviglie (solo 2 calici da vino nessun bicchiere), la ventola del bagno che non si spegneva facilmente facendo rumore (e il pulsante dello scarico del wc che si incantava.)

Ottima posizione nonostante la Ztl, camera piccola ma carina
Camera piccola ed essendo una mansarda abbiamo sofferto il caldo asfissiante nonostante il condizionatore messo al massimo, nel periodo estivo secondo me non è da fittare, un giorno si è bloccato l'impianto del condizionatore e stavamo soffocando però l'intervento del personale è stato molto celere ma ciò non è bastato, la temperatura interna più bassa è stata di 32 gradi
