The space was large and had all the basic amenities required. There was a selection of breakfast snacks available. Coffee was available but the convection hot plate was challenging to work with the coffee pot provided.l

Communication with the owner was minimal. On day of arrival we were told the cleaners had not shown up and we could drop our suitcases but not get in until 6pm. When we arrived to drop the luggage we were met by the next door neighbour. Looking back at other reviews we are wondering if this is a regular occurrence. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very very poor. We have seen this referenced in previous reviews as well. There was no communication with the owner unless we initiated it including asking how to leave the keys at the end of our stay. No visitor information, we had to ask for the wifi ….

Close to Bologna, well equipped and clean enough

Noisy flat next to the main road. The owner has not really communicated with us, we could hardly enter to the building/apartment, at the end we could manage with the help of a neighbor (it was visible that it was not the first time for her).

Location not nice. Beside noisy street… not close to anything nice…
