Lovely house, everything you could need.

The showers in the en suite and main bathroom could not be used at the same time due to lack of pressure. The bath would have taken too long to fill with enough water as it just trickled in. The shower tray in the main bathroom filled with water as the shower trap was blocked, I removed it and was obvious it had not been cleaned in a long while and had to use the toilet brush to clear it enough to let the water flow! The en suite trap was also dirty and the sink traps were not clean either.
