Aside from this unpleasant incident, the other facilities are good.

The house is in a good location, convenient check-in, and fully furnished.

The bedding is too old, you can see from the picture that the duvet cover is severely worn. It feels prickly to the touch. So I couldn’t sleep in it, and I only used my own sleeping bags for two nights! The landlord said no one had complained before! why am I the only one?…

Only good to sleep but pretty far from Svolvaer

The views of the surroundings are really nice.

The location is actually pretty far from Svolvaer center. It takes 15-20min of walking to be at a grocery store or in Svolvaer center. The bed is a sofa which needs to be expanded to be a bed. Hot water for the shower runs out quite fast as the boiler is heating up a water tank which runs out quite fast. The stove is more a mini-oven with two stovetops on it. It is impossible to cook (e.g. boiling noodles) with the limited power of this appliance. During my stay, a lot of noise was coming from the upper floor. Also, cars and people would show up in front of the windows regularly.

We wouldn’t return.

The location was great for our hikes.

There wasn’t enough hot water for two showers, which ended up with my partner having an ice cold shower. Also, the sofa couch was uncomfortable, but most annoyingly we only had a sheet cover for a single bed. Thus, one needed to sleep on the couch as it was which most probably was never cleaned. We informed the host, who promised a refund for the night, unfortunately we never received the refund, but were confronted with a picture that we left the door open, although we checked multiple times that it was locked. In addition, since we left very early for our hike (given the weather conditions were favourable), the picture and the snow that came along in the afternoon didn’t match up. Thus, we believe the host needed an excuse to not refund us for this horribly cold night. Apart from this, the stove plates in the kitchen are elevated, as they are on top of a microwave/oven, which made it a bit uncomfortable to cook.

NON ANDATE IN QUESTO APPARTAMENTO!!!!!

Niente!

Siamo arrivate in tarda serata dopo 5 ore di guida. L’acqua calda non era funzionante, l’host ci ha proposto di andarci a lavare al piano superiore in un appartamento vuoto venduto, noi abbiamo rifiutato chiedendo un rimborso per la seconda notte, che non ci é stato concesso in quanto non ci sembrava appropriato. ( eravamo due ragazze si 24 anni in un paese estero, non ci siamo fidate!) Mentre eravamo al telefono con l’assistenza di booking abbiamo provato a cucinare un piatto di pasta, ma i fornelli non scaldavano abbastanza l’acqua. Non abbiamo potuto ne lavarci, ne mangiare!!! E abbiamo iniziato a notare che l’appartamento oltre a questi problemi era sporco!! Dopo meno di due ore dal nostro arrivo abbiamo prenotato un hotel e siamo scappate! Noi abbiamo pagato per un appartamento FUNZIONANTE E PULITO!!! L’host non ci ha voluti rimborsare e booking non ti da garanzie !!!!! Vi consiglio di non prenotare questo alloggio e in generale di pagare su booking utilizzando il metodo paypal, cosi da poter essere rimborsati in caso di situazioni come queste. Truffatore! Allego le foto!

Globalement on a passé un super séjour, les points négatifs ne sont que des détails !

Super emplacement, parmi les moins chers de Svolvaer. L'hôte était facilement joignable, il a pu arranger un check in plus tôt sans frais supplémentaire. L'appartement est agréable et globalement très bien équipé et convient pour un séjour de quelques jours. Le canapé-lit est assez confortable et un drap est fourni. Il y a une TV connectée.

Les couvertures sont trop courtes, même pour des adultes de taille moyenne. Le ballon d'eau chaude est trop petit pour deux personnes, mais en s'organisant ça peut aller. La machine à laver n'essore pas le linge. La plaque électrique de cuisson chauffe très peu.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est

Svolvaer est une ville où les hébergements sont chers. Celui-ci l'était un peu moins que les autres. Il faut reconnaître que le logement était très propre. Il y a une machine à laver.

Pas de lit. C'est le canapé qui se déploie, vous dormez sur les raides coussins du canapé. La douche : pas d'accroche pour suspendre le pommeau. Vraiment pas top. L'eau n'était pas chaude le soir à mon arrivée mais elle l'était le lendemain matin ). Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants, Ils diminuent l'intensité des lampadaires de la rue. Pas très bon rapport qualité/prix. Par comparaison avec les autres logements que j'ai occupés dans cette gamme de prix celui-ci était le moins bon.

Preiswerte Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung

Man konnte direkt vor der Tür parken und es gab einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen mit seitlichem Blick auf den Fjord. Ich habe dort sehr gut geschlafen.

Es war recht warm, weil die Fenster und Türen ab nachmittags direkt der Sonne ausgesetzt waren.

Le logement n’était pas vraiment propre, le lit (canapé convertible) très désagréable, problèmes d’humidité dans le studio et surtout très bruyant au dessus. La cuisine est dans un état très vieillissant. Il n’y a qu’un petit chauffage d’appoint qui ne permet pas d’avoir « chaud »

Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet und alles wie beschrieben!

Ein kleiner Aspekt war, dass ich die Schritte in der Wohnung über mir mehr als laut gehört habe. Die Schlafcouch war ok für eine Nacht. Und die Größe des Badezimmers fand ich sehr klein. Aber alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt sehr gut, wenn auch nicht gerade günstig.

erg cosy maar prima studio.

Locatie was prima om verder de Lofoten te ontdekken, een fikse wandeling naar het centrum van Svolvær waar van alles te zien en te doen is. veel restaurants grote supermarkt. Het huisje opzicht was heel klein maar alles was aanwezig, slapen op een slaapbank, wat veel beter was dan ik had verwacht. Dus als je naar bed wilde even wat spullen verplaatsen en dan kon het bed uitgeklapt worden, douchruimte klein, maar er was wel een wasmachine aanwezig.

La poca chiarezza nelle info ( c’è uno scaldabagno piccolo , cosa che abbiamo scoperto dopo che l’acqua calda è finita e ci siamo dovuti lavare con acqua ghiacciata + acqua riscaldata su quella specie di piastre ) Pulizia oscena Nelle info non c’è scritto che è un divano letto La nostra è stata un’esperienza atroce Già dalla sera notiamo che l’acqua calda mentre lavavamo i piatti, era finita, ma andiamo a dormire “tranquilli” Il giorno dopo alle 8 del mattino dovevamo recarci in aeroporto, ci siamo fatti letteralmente la doccia con acqua gelida ( 22 di febbraio ) riscaldamento in casa inesistente se non con una stufetta presa chissà da quale discarica… avviso l host che c’è un grosso problema in corso, lui dispiaciuto, ci dice che purtroppo lo scaldabagno è piccolo, quindi tra una doccia e l altra bisogna aspettare 15-20 minuti prima che torni l’acqua calda ( cosa che non è mai accaduta)Decido quindi di riscaldare su quel che può essere definita cucina ( un fornetto di quelli per pizza, con sopra due piastre per cucinare, roba che devi cucinare in punta di piedi per arrivarci) un tegame per permettere di lavarci come gli antichi con acqua calda e un secchio. P.s. L’acqua non è mai tornata calda dallo scaldabagno ( non è mai successo prima dichiara l host oh my god !!
