Overall, a very pleasant stay with a great location and excellent breakfast.

Great location, close to a shopping mall and the FC Málaga stadium. Although it’s about a 30–40 minute walk to the historic city center, the surrounding area is perfect for walking and very pleasant. The breakfast is excellent, especially the always-available freshly squeezed orange juice 😊

The location was slightly further out from the town than expected but the no 17 bus stop was right outside the hotel and a short bus ride into the centre

Clean room, but some inconveniences

The location is next to a mall with a grocery store, which makes matters very convenient. The property is also located close to a bunch of restaurants. Overall the room is very clean and the staff is friendly & helpful.

The bathroom shower glass was not long enough to cover water from the shower to seep out which got the floor of the bathroom wet, was very inconvenient. Additionally, the rooms are too small and the luggage compartments are not big enough to accommodate large suitcases, the suitcases had to be kept on the floor which made the small room worse. What I got, for what I paid was not justified. Not good value.

Decent stay and majority of needs were met.

The breakfast options were nice in my opinion. The bedroom was bigger than expected and the bed was big and comfortable. The AC worked really well considering we were dealing with 38 degrees heat The hotel is right next to a shopping mall which was very convenient. Staff were helpful.

The rooftop swimming pool is too shallow for swimming use. There was a strange smell from our shower drain for majority of the stay. Pillowcases aren’t changed when you request for cleaning. Room service is only available limited hours of the week. I believe the hotel was more of a 3 star rather than 4 star hotel.

Ideal for our one night stopover on the way to Seville

Nice clean rooms , good parking underground , staff very pleasant , we ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant , a decent choice for 11 euros per person But would have preferred to grab a bite in the hotel foyer cafe

overpriced but not too bad

The bed was very big and comfortable and the room was well lit. Staff was polite and tried their best to make the stay pleasant.

The wait time at reception was long for the check in especially as there were 38C outside and we had to wait almost 20 minutes standing at the reception and sweat to be checked-in. I expected something more from a 4 start hotel. There was no bidet in the bathroom and no bathrobes were provided. The room's view was not great either.

We had a wonderful stay in this brand new hotel. Everything was perfect.

Loved everything about this hotel, comfortable rooms with big comfy bed, nice restaurant with a varied menu. Good location approx 1.5 miles from centre of Malaga. Rooftop pool with terrace, and a gym. A lovely cafe bar in the lobby which served great cappuccino’s, croissants, ham & brie rolls and cakes. The staff were very friendly and most of them spoke very good English.

Bad attitude, false advertising

The room is comfortable

We booked this room because we saw they had a bath in the junior suite room in booking.com. But after we arrived, the room didn’t have a bath:(( We asked the reception desk and they said our room type did not have a bathtub. And two of the staff in reception had very bad attitudes:( They told us to contact booking.com directly. But booking told us to contact the hotel. This matter was not resolved even after we left. We think this is completely false advertising.

Ok hotel and good price but far to the city centre

Nice looking hotel, clean, although bathroom was a bit dirty. Breakfast very good, fresh pressed juices, everything good quality but not a big choice.

This hotel is not in the centre of Malaga as indicated on booking. It is 35 minutes walk to centre and 45 minutes to the beach - that was very uncomfortable. „Swimming pool” was deep less than my knees.. so it’s not possible to swim there, just to wet your feet.. small variety of food at breakfast but good quality.

The pool that was supposed to be available on the roof turned out to be a tiny very shallow place that you could barely dip your toes in it. Water pressure was very low. No kettle or coffee maker. The staff at the bar/coffee stand were not responsive. We waited two times for 5 minutes,saying hi hello... no one took any interest in us so we left to eat in the city. The view of our windows was not good.

Best option for drivers

It was new. I could pay for parking in a secure underground carpark at the hotel itself - very helpful as I drove to Malaga. Staff were friendly. There's a nice cafe next to the reception.

Still some teething issues , being new. (Summoning the lift etc). Nit a dealbreaker. Bit of a trek to town, but still walkable.

Good choice

This hotel is adjoining to a shopping mall, which was quite convenient for us. The parking place is in the shopping's parking, but with direct access to the hotel lobby. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony. The bathroom toiletries were great. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby, and we chose to have breakfast there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is out of the city center, but about 20 -30 mins flat walking distance, so not bad if you don't mind walking. It would be useful to have a toilet brush in the bathroom.

Jest to typowo biznesowy hotel, który najlepiej służy jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Malagi i okolicy. Pokoje są nowoczesne ale w przypadku 3 osób i dostawki już nieco małe. Blisko z lotniska, do centrum ok 2 km. Obsługa mila, codzienny serwis pokoju. Fajna siłownia.

Parking jest dodatkowo płatny a koszt to 15 euro za dobę, co uważam za spory koszt biorąc pod uwagę okoliczne centrum handlowe i dostępny tam ogromny parking podziemny. Jednak korzystać z niego można tylko w godzinach otwarcia centrum chyba ze stanie się na wspomnianej wyżej części płatnej. Śniadania były smaczne ale monotonne. Codziennie przez tydzień było dokładnie to samo a najbardziej brakowało świeżych warzyw. Naczynia często brudne i niedomyte.

je n'ai rien à dire, c'etait top, personnel, chambre, proprete, lit, etc. c'etait parfait. le petit dejeuner au top !!!! je vous le conseille.

un peu loin du centre, il faut prendre une voiture ou le bus. j'ai trouvé le prix des chambres élevés. j'ai vu des personnes voler des aliments et des personnes pas finir les assiettes au petit dejeuner, cela ma gêné énormément.

Mooi schoon en relaxed hotel. We waren hier voor de marathon van Malaga.

Ontbijtzaal mag verlichting wat gezelliger, maar ja niet belangrijk. Toiletten buiten de kamers mogen iets schoner.

Non ci tornerei per qualità prezzo e posizione.

camere nuove e ben insonorizzate, dato che l'albergo si trova su una rotonda di passaggio e con alle spalle un centro commerciale. Sala colazione ampia. Reception sempre aperta.

Struttura recente , ma con posizione a 2 km dal centro , ogni tratta con il taxi costa circa 10-14 €, quindi da tenerlo in conto sul prezzo. Se fate due/tre volte al giorno sono 30/40€ in più. Eravamo in 3 ,pagato per 3, e nella camera c'erano solo 2 accappatoi il primo giorno, il secondo la signora delle pulizie non ha nemmeno messo gli asciugamani di ricambio . Mi ha infastidito questa cosa dato che ho pagato 437€ per due notti. La colazione non mi ha entusiasmato, proiettata solo per una clientela inglese ,assenti prodotti tipici , solo un salamino . Il primo giorno ho goduto di una spremuta di arancia dalla macchina, il secondo giorno l'avevano tolta e non ho gradito. Dolci pochissimi ed industriali, il caffè e cappuccino dalle classiche macchine automatiche. La ragazza della reception, carina, cordiale e molto disponibile.
