Die Größe der Unterkunft und die betten Gesten wie Getränke im Kühlschrank, wenn es auch „nur“ Wasser war. Kaffee, Milch und Zucker … , ein Platz im OG zu draußen sitzen. Alles soweit gut gereinigt, wenn auch nicht perfekt!
Die Möblierung sollte irgendwann angepasst werden, die Betten und die „Schränke“ in den Schlafzimmern bedürfen eines Upgrades!

Tolle Ausstattung (sogar Kinderspielzeug, Babybett, Gewürze, eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, Willkommens-Kölsch, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Föhn, Duschgel/Schampoo/Seife uvm.) , gute Stauraummöglichkeiten, Parkplätze vor der Haustüre, Komfortabler Check In und Out, Sauberkeit - es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Schnitt der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, wenn man Kids schlafen legen und selbst noch ein bisschen im Wohn-/Essbereich verweilen möchte.
