Small beautiful town near Cologne

I caught cold because of the cold appartement.

The appartment is new, nice, big and clean. The area is very quite.

The place is far from the center and the host forgot to put the heating on. It was 3 degrees outside and the appartment was very cold when I arrived. I turned on the thermostat but it didn't do any change. I had to call (for the 3th time) the host who told me that in 30 minutes I'll feel the warm. I didn't. When I got back after dinner around 10pm, it was still very cold. Then I started to look for a blanket but didn't find any. The next point that stressed me (even though I'd have liked to have a good rest): I received excessive number of Emails from the hosts and a long "to do list" that contained information on what I have to do before I leave the appartment. I felt like a kid "having dad non-stop on her neck with his insturctions, lecturing her".

غرفة النوم ذات السرير المزدوج يمكن للوصول الى السرير من جهة واحدة فقط. غسالة الملابس في المبنى الدور -1 ، تحتاج لعملة معدنية 4 يورو الغسالة ومثلها للنشافة. أقترح أن تكون مجانا أو يتم توفير القطع المعدنية.

Alles top wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist super sauber alles neu und clean und doch gemütlich. Mit einer Großfamilie (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) findet man schwer so etwas. Der Preis ist hoch aber auch nirgendwo günstiger, was man alles inkl. hat. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Handtücher, Netflix usw. Wir waren super zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Der Self-Check-in hat ganz einfach und unkompliziert geklappt. Spät Abends haben wir noch angefragt welcher der nächste, noch geöffnete, Supermarkt ist und wir haben blitzschnell die Antwort bekommen. Ganz lieben Dank und alles Gute, vielleicht bis irgendwann einmal wieder 💚

Prima appartament voor een kort verblijf. Dicht bij Phantasialand

Mooi nieuw appartament in een rustige straat. Tot onze verrassing stond er frisdrank en pilsener in de koelkast daarnaast ook nog wat snacks. Fijne bedden. Fijne douchef

Voor 4 personen te weinig plek om comfortabel te zitten. 1 persoon verplicht op een eetkamerstoel

Appartement was heel proper en modern, zeer comfortabel voor 4 personen. Het is rustig gelegen, maar toch dichtbij Keulen en Phantasialand. De deur ingang code systeem is heel handig voor mensen dat pas laat in de avond toekomen en niemand meer willen storen voor de sleutels.
