Cosy appartement - Eiffel Tower

Great location, clean, beautiful

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from a beautiful beach and several markets, which made everything very convenient. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always available to help whenever we needed anything.

Overall, we liked the property. It was close to the Eiffel Tower and touristy areas of that side of Paris! The property was clean and LL was especially good at communicating with us. The pics accurately conveyed the space. We would gladly stay here again!

The air conditioning was inconsistent; it worked great on the lower level but did not work well on the upper (main) level; outside temps were 95+ degrees Fahrenheit during our stay and the main level would not go below 80 degrees. To be fair, we did not discuss with the LL as we spent most our time enjoying the sites of Paris. The bathroom needs a towel bar or two for hanging wet towels. The stairs going to the lower level are a bit steep and could use a handrail. Finally, at this price point we thought an on-property clothes washer would have been nice.

Great location and the second year we have stayed here. Close to many attractions. Easy access to subway.

The air conditioning was not working in the main living area. We booked this location again as we were staying in July and is one of the few decent priced locations with air conditioning. On the second day a repair company came and said there was nothing they could do to short term fix the issue as there were original install issues. Four days in July was hot!!! Disappointed as we talked with the owner company a few times and nothing was offered.
