Old Slade Cottage - Train to London 30mins, Heathrow 15mins away,Free Parking - En-suit rooms

We had a warm welcome to this beautiful home. The hosts were clear communicators and very accommodating. Although we chose an economy double room, it had enough space to have an ensuite shower room, mini fridge, microwave, kettle and large writing desk! We appreciated having crockery, cutlery, tea bags, coffee, mini milk pots and condiments provided. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having streaming services on the TV. We also liked the peace of mind having a free off road parking space. We were visiting to attend a family event nearby, however the hosts had provided a list of local attractions, places to eat etc, so it’s a really good base for exploring west and central London. It’s great value for money.

The room could benefit from black out blinds.

Gorgeous house on a lovely street, easy to get to Elizabeth Line, giving easy access to London and lovely walks towards Heathrow Airport on the doorstep! The owners were very friendly (including their gorgeous dog) and happy to get you anything needed.

The room was quite warm. Obviously hosts can’t control the weather & they did provide a fan, which was very welcomed in the heat. I believe the other 2 rooms have air conditioning, so would book one of these, if visiting in warm weather again.
