The bed and pillows were very comfy! Unit was clean.

The unit was very clean with the exception of the floors. They needed to be scrubbed. I understand it's hard to deal with the red sand in the area but could have been scrubbed to clean floors better. Also kitchen needs a pizza pan and some mixing / serving bowls.

We loved the property, great location, very clean, had everything that we needed

First off. We loved the property. It was a bit far out so if you're wanting to hop out and be downtown, you won't be. But it really isn't far in reality. Ten minutes drive time. Situated mostly beautifully, but I don't think there is anywhere in Moab that isn't. Great family spot. My kids loved the pool. The pool itself isn't warm but it's not frigid either. The hot tub is hot, it's excellent! Love the hot tub. I don't think the 10:00 PM is strictly enforced but I could be wrong. I did see people in the hot tub past ten. It's not as loud as some of the people saying in the reviews. It's mostly pretty private but we were also here in March. Maybe it's different during different times of the year. The BBQ out back was great. We enjoyed it one night and I was so grateful that it was part of our stay. The area was big enough for our family (three bedrooms, two baths, four beds plus sofa bed) and it was mostly clean. The ice maker worked great. The showers and water pressure worked well. Loved all the towels. So well stocked in towels. Love me a place that provides enough towels.

I totally disliked the dryer. Didn't dry well at all. The oven seemed to cook stuff slowly. The kitchen is not really stocked. There is one of things. I guess in a bigger size AirBnb I would expect more pots and pans. There was only salt and pepper. The vaccum was broke so we went the entire stay without vacuuming. We swept often. Inexpensive fixtures that are easily breakable. Some of the areas, cleanliness wise, were questionable. The pull out couch had other peoples socks in it 😂 The bedroom tv did not work at all. All these things I can mostly work with but my biggest dislike, the 10:00 am checkout with zero flexibility. We have a big family and my elderly mom travels with us. 10:00 am is so early for us.
