About this apartment rental
Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the brand new Red Cliff apartment style condos have many of the amenities of the luxury lodging accommodations at a very affordable price. You'll enjoy the new outdoor pool and hot tub that the Red Cliff's complex has to offer. This condo is located on the second story where you can easily enjoy the dramatic Moab Rim view from your outdoor balcony while relaxing after a long day of fun and activity. Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

The entire booking and check in process was really easy. I have received an email with all the information necessary to get to the place, lock code to enter the unitget and WiFi internet information. The place was clean, all beds well made , plenty of towels some toiletries, enough to last for few days.Few things I want to point out that I found a bit different, being frequent VRBO traveler:The kitchen was really well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, including grilling utensils. However, I am used to pantry having at least the very basic non perishable items: salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, tea, coffee, etc. This is by no means a bad reflection on the property, but if you are a larger family that is planning to cook at the property, be prepared to go to the store to get everything you need.Another new thing for me was a requirement to wash dishes and leave them clean for the next guests. There was plenty of dish tablets left to do dishes, however it might be a hassle if you have an early flight to catch upon the check out.Property is really nice, great location and I highly recommend it.
