This spacious and sparkling-clean 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just minutes from downtown, world-class trails, and all the iconic attractions the area has to offer. Whether you're here to explore Arches, bike the Slickrock, or just relax and take in the scenery, our condo offers the comfort, convenience, and affordability you’re looking for.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully furnished space designed for relaxing after a day of adventure. The living room features cozy seating, cable TV, and access to a private patio with incredible views—ideal for unwinding with your favorite drink. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prep meals at home and save on dining out, plus we provide fresh, locally roasted coffee to kickstart your mornings.
Each bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable bed, quality linens, and plenty of storage. The primary suite includes a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. You'll also have a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room, and super-fast, reliable WiFi if you need to work or study remotely.
Step outside to your private patio with outdoor seating and a grill—perfect for sunset dinners or a quiet morning coffee (fresh beans provided!).
Guests also enjoy access to the seasonal pool (open April–September, weather permitting) and the year-round hot tub, both offering amazing views of the red rock landscape.

Great location outside of town. It was nice. There was a hot tub that we could utilize after long days of hiking.

Great location. Only challenge were the 3 sets of stairs to the unit with suitcases.
