(Please Read Before Booking: While we have direct beach access out the back of our building, our pool is currently closed. The pool will be undergoing a complete restoration. The condo will be installing a pool and decking in the back of the building from September 2025 through approximately January/February 2026. Guests will continue to have access to the beach. During the month of October 2025 the geothermal unit will be repaired which may result in the A/C being off for a limited period of time. We will update when we have more precise time frame.If you are booking this property, you are acknowledging the current property status. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
