Clean and cozy. Bed was really comfortable. Loved the balcony and spent most of my time out there!
I wish it had direct access to the beach. There is a stairwell but you can’t get to it. I knew that when I rented and I was ok with it.

Great location, clean & cute condo, plenty of amenities provided. Beach access, game room, and restaurants and bars nearby. The sunrise view from the living room and bedroom was gorgeous to wake up to. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the condo building is on the beach side of the A1A; the unit was clean; great ease of checking in and out; discounted rate for extra booking; shower pressure was great.
The mismatched interior and porch are very outdated and furniture is in dire need of replacing. The carpet seems like it hasn't been washed in decades, as well as the 1985 couch that has no life left in it. The AC ran constantly but never got really cool. There is dust coating the AC closet doors, maybe that was causing the unit to run as well? There's also a very unpleasant, mildewy smell in the unit, might also be the AC. The unit overlooks a concrete pad that can't access the beach so you have to go down an elevator and through the whole building to get to the beach. It was crazy loud to have people on the third floor above our unit, but thankfully they went to bed when we did the last night. The remotes for the TV's could include some instructions.
