About this apartment rental
This home uses easy self check-in with a smart lock. Guests receive simple step-by-step instructions before arrival. This home may not be ideal for guests who prefer in-person check-in assistance or concierge services. Pool will not be available til fall 2026 but beach access is available. Feb and march 2027 month long rental is available. MSG if interested zen on the beach on fb.

Full newly renovated kitchen with oven, microwave, and frig. Cable tv in living room and master bedroom. Roku tv in guest room. 50” tv with electric fireplace in living room. Near cocoa beach and 30 minutes from Orlando or Cape Canaveral. Great place to stay for space X viewing opportunities.
Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The ocean is the backyard. Laundromat by the elevator. Recycling bins in garage.
Two elevators are on the premises. Three stairs for those do not want to take the elevators.
No smoking or pets allowed. Very quiet condo for relaxing and rest.
Security deposit required. Wireless is available.

Host is very prompt to respond to communication. They also provide fantastic documentation for everything needed to access the condo as well as local recommendations.The condo was clean upon arrival. Direct access to the beach is great. Covered parking spot under the building is convenient. The balcony is wonderful with a great view of the ocean. The condo is somewhat updated but some aspects could use some attention. The main bedroom especially could use a new mattress and carpet. The couch is also fairly worn and not that comfortable. Overall a great experience and I happily stay again.

Perfectly peaceful getaway! Excellent communication with host. Very clean and comfortable. Nice ocean view from sofa via large glass doors. Small but adequate balcony with a small table and loveseat. I would love to spend a month here.

This rental absolutely has it all. My family and I did so much and saw so much in the local area.We filled our vacation with absolute fun. Everything within walking distance. The boardwalk and beaches were beautiful.
