Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of waves crashing. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located close to Patrick Space Force Base, 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach, 40 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and 25 minutes to Port Canaveral. There is some construction going on in the building.

Loved waking up every morning and being able to look and listen to the waves of the ocean. Beach was never over crowded, loved watching the surfers. We even saw dolphins! Awesome spot, perfect for what we needed. Clean and fully stocked.
