The apartment features an oversized open living room/kitchen, generous bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite dual vanity shower bath, extra sleeping space offered with a fold out queen sofa bed in the living room, and a half bath and laundry adjacent to living room. The apartment sits above a three car garage and has one dedicated garage bay. The apartment is accessed via an interior staircase.
The home sits off the road, providing a peaceful stay and lovely views of the farm's 140 acres of soybean and wheat. In addition to Keeneland, the Horse Park, Rupp Arena and the Bourbon Trail, the home is perfectly situated for a visit to historic Midway (5 minutes away) and Lexington's vibrant downtown, full of great restaurants and night spots, and nearby scenic drives across Pisgah Pike, Old Frankfort Pike and Versailles Road.

Very well taken care of property! Quiet location, but still convenient to Kentucky Horse Park and other fun things to do. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

We loved the overall property, beautifully decorated and refurbished farmhouse and garage apartment. It was a fabulous destination for our graduation celebration. Plenty of space to spread out and a wonderful kitchen for entertaining. We would definitely return.

This is my favorite short term rental we’ve ever used. The choices they made in the apartment over the garage are all elegant and well made.
It’s set off the road with space for our young children to explore a bit. With the house next door also an active rental I was dubious about the interaction but there’s plenty of space and had no issues getting in , out, or with the adjacent house.
In the future we’ll definitely come back and bring enough people to rent both. Highly recommend the apartment for 1 family splitting the 1 br for the adults with a pullout couch set up in the living room. It’s also bigger / more of an open space than it seems in the pictures. Loved it. Thank you!
