Also, please note that this is an active working horse farm, not a traditional resort property. While families are welcome, the nature of the farm environment — including horses, equipment, fencing, and uneven terrain — makes the property best suited for children ages 12 and older.

What a beautiful spot, highly recommend for any horse lover or fan of racing. The house was immaculate and clean, anything you would think you needed that you may have forgot was available, and just felt like a home away from home. Thank you for making this spot available.

The property is convenient to several horse farms and overlooks the beautiful pasture adjoining it. Fall colors were spectacular.

We wanted a secluded and private escape and didn’t get that with this property. The owners live in the house a few yards away that shares the same driveway and backyard. I didn’t see that in the notes on the listing and it doesn’t show up in the pictures. For the price, I would not have booked knowing this.
If this doesn’t bother you, the house we stayed in was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It’s a central location for exploring the area and close to everything you need. Check in and check out was easy. Owners we nice and helpful.
