About this house rental
Enjoy Bluegrass culture and treat urself to this rare combination of location, convenience, and southern hospitality.
Walk out the back gate and enjoy a short stroll or golf cart to Keeneland's training track, the Thoroughbred Club of America, or day at the races!
Bourbon lovers will appreciate being just mins off the Bourbon trail, Versailles rd, and Bluegrass Parkway. Downtown is a short 5
mile ride and the airport just 1 mile.

The space
Trackside Farm sits on almost 8 acres of rolling bluegrass countryside. The house has been completely renovated as of Sept 2022. New central hvac unit, hot water heater, hi speed internet and updated house infrastructure ensure a safe comfortable experience.
Inside a great deal of care was taken to ensure a space conducive to social activities as well as a good night sleep.
The kitchen and living room are wide open with a large island for eating and congregating. A large window in the great room overlooks the farms barn and neighboring horse training operation. Step out the kitchen into the four seasons room and enjoy a brisk fall morning as the sun rises overtop the galloping horses.
In the evenings, enjoy settling down to a warm fire on the back patio or playing the provided cornhole or knock the bottle frisbee.
The basement consists of a large rec room, kitchenette and single bedroom with full bath.
There are an abundance of things to entertain including a large projector for viewing live races or watching movies, a full size table hockey game, and a mini arcade game.
1st floor bedrooms:
2 bedrooms have king beds, 1 tempur pedic and 1 Beautyrest black label. Both are incredible mattresses.
3 bedrooms have a queen, 2 tempur pedic and 1 beauty rest black label
In addition to the 5 bedrooms, a large bonus room is attached to the front Master. Inside is a built in desk set up for office work as well as a trundle bed. The trundle bed with three mattresses can be made into any combination of 1 king and 1 twin or 3 twins.
If it will be used please advise ur intention and we will prepare accordingly with sheets and blankets.
Guest access
The property is ranch on basement. The front door and garage will have a shared key code. We will provide code before arrival. Guests are welcome to use either.
There are two large driveways and one garage will be available to use. Parking is plentiful.
The downstairs entrance is only used as an exit as it is off of the basement bedroom.

We are pet friendly, however we reserve the right to approve the pets. Please email us the pet details prior to booking.

Outstanding! Comfortable space with 5 well appointed bedrooms (and a trundle bed if you need it). Used the common spaces including the fire pit for a family reunion. Perfect location within 2 minutes of the back gate at Keeneland. Also enjoyed Midway and a football game in Lexington. Airport is about 1 mile away! Excellent host, highly recommended A.

The House was very spacious, beautifully decorated and peaceful. Our family was here for a wedding and a trip to Keeneland. We all had a wonderful time with this great location being close to the racetrack and Midway, Kentucky for the Wedding celebration.We will definitely return again!

Overall, it was a good property. It was mostly updated and the location is excellent. The property manager was accommodating and communicated well.
