Perfect place in Lexington! Close to downtown & surrounding attractions!

This property was a 20 out of 10! Everything from the smallest detail on up was well thought and executed! The home is beautiful and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The backyard was what drew us to the home and the pictures did not do it justice, it was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable (such nice sheets), and so perfectly located near many restaurants and shopping options. The check in process was seamless and Kathy was in touch proactively checking in to make sure we had no issues or needs, which was so refreshing . Simply the most positive experience and wonderful option. I truly cannot have asked for a more perfect choice! We loved it!

This was our second time staying here and we would love to be able to stay again some time! Kathy is an amazing host and the property couldn’t be better. The house has everything you could possibly need and the backyard and pool area are just the best! We stayed here with our daughter her husband and their three little boys, who had the best time swimming! The week we were there it was extremely hot out, so we were in the pool lots. There were plenty of toys and blow up floaties to lay on as well as nice big pool towels to use on a variety of lounge chairs around the pool. There is a fire pit area, which we planned to use but never did due to the hot weather. Also, plenty of seating out on the deck for enjoying your morning coffee or having a bite to eat. Other than the great pool area, the back yard is beautiful with a little stream running behind it. We even did some family pictures out back. Kathy kept in contact and was great about communicating and checking in to make sure our needs were met. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and not a far drive to downtown and other activities.

5th time we have stayed at this house in past 4 years. Great as always. We'll stocked and clean. Outdoor area is really nice.

Excellent VRBO I would definitely stay here again great responsive host. Property feels like a spa vacation and close to everything bourbon trail UK wineries and airport. Pool was heated and we lucked out with 75 and sunny for first week of May!!
