Whether you're looking to explore Ky Horse Park, Keeneland, Bourbon Trail or downtown Lexington this farmhouse is the perfect home base for your getaway. Property overlooks horse pastures on both sides and has optional barn stalls and/or paddocks available for an added expense. Horse Trailer parking on site. Located 3 minutes from I64-75.

Wake up and wander over to the barns or the arenas in the morning and start your day off with the horses. Your welcome to watch some of Lexingtons best sport horses train in Eventing, Dressage, or Hunter/Jumper Fields.

Had a great stay at in the cottage at Merimac Farms. Our hostess was very responsive with our needs and requests. Her farm is breathtaking! We were able to pet all the horses that would make friends with me and my sisters. We were blessed to have our host take us to see the foals and feed the Mama's apples. My two sisters and I all agreed that getting up close and feeding the horses was the highlight of our family vacay. The cottage is very peaceful!

Super clean and well-appointed! Conveniently located to the horse park and Lexington. Extra refreshments and snacks were very much appreciated!!! We will definitely recommend & be back!!!
