About this house rental
A quiet and convenient spot to stay while you are enjoying the Bluegrass State. Within walking distance of Masterson Station Park with over 600+ acres. Close to the Kentucky Horse Park, Red Mile Racetrack, Keeneland Racetrack, the Lexington Airport. Just 10 minutes from Downtown Lexington and Rupp Arena, 15 minutes to Kroger's Commonwealth Stadium. A great place to stay while exploring the Bourbon Trail. Comfortable brand new beds and memory foam mattresses with crisp clean sheets that are laundered and taken to the dry cleaner to be ironed before each new guest. The quilts and duvet covers are all freshly washed and dried as well. We also provide nightstands, reading lamps with convenient bedside USB charging stations in each bedroom. Easy access to a plethora of restaurants & a 24 hour Kroger supermarket w/ a Starbucks inside. Fully equipped kitchen w/ stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice maker, Keurig hot beverage machine with a variety of K-cups for your enjoyment, a toaster, pots & pans, crock pot, plates & utensils. Full size washer & dryer with detergent & dryer sheets. Enjoy playing cornhole in the spacious fenced in backyard. Kick back and relax out on the large custom built patio table large enough for 8 adults. The large stone fire pit provides another spot to enjoy at the end of the day.

Beautiful property! Well appointed and spotless. The neighborhood is great. Everything was exactly as described. The host was responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely return for another visit.

Don’t miss out on Rose & Jim’s bar and grill! Not your average bar food! And there is a First Watch not far away for a delicious breakfast with a mimosa or Bloody Mary!!
